Please note that all customizable products are non-refundable. As these items are uniquely tailored to your specifications, they cannot be resold or restocked. This policy is in accordance with consumer protection laws, which recognize that personalized goods are exempt from standard return and refund rights.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Damaged Product / Production Error
Refunds are only available if the product is damaged upon arrival or has a customization production error. Any issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with photos of the defect. Claims made after the 30-day period cannot be accepted.
Cancellation
Order cancellations are not possible once production has begun. Once your custom product enters the manufacturing process, we are unable to stop or modify the order.
